Suburban

Perhaps you want to experience neighborhood living that gives you a bit more space, but is still easily accessible to area amenities, schools and  other conveniences. There are some great options to consider in the suburbs.

North

North Knoxville is comprised of many historically significant neighborhoods, including 4th & Gill, North Hills and Fairmont and Emoriland. North Knox also includes charming Fountain City and other areas that extend beyond the border of I-640. 

South

South Knoxville, also known as SoKno has grown exponentially in recent years, with the addition of ecclectic breweries and unique eateries. Home to Ijams Nature Centure, this area offers plenty of outdoor adventures to be had.  

East

East Knoxville stretches along Magnolia Avenue to the east of Downtown and is home to the Knoxville Botanical Garden as well as Zoo Knoxville. Neighborhoods in East Knoxville include historic Parkridge and further to the east, Holston Hills.

West

West Knoxville is a popular area with opportunities for shopping, dining and more. Neighborhoods include Sequoyah Hills, West Hills, and many others.
